Minecraft Servers Info
All servers are launched on demand except bedrock. Bedrock server is 24/7 unless an update is pending.
For typical Minecraft servers, we use DNS SRV records, allowing you to connect to the URL, not having to worry about the PORT the server is hosted on. If the port is displayed, the PORT will be required upon connection.
FTP Access - Control panel servers only
Basic FTP - SFTP/SSL/TLS not supported
In the control panel under files > FTP Access, follow instructions with the provided information to access the server files. Use any FTP client you want.
